gl678 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement and Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "gl678", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to gl678 and its operating entity, the online gambling platform accessible at gl678.vip and all associated subdomains.
• "User", "Member", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gl678 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the gl678 platform, associated with a unique username, mobile number, and password.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the gl678 platform from time to time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Member by gl678 under a qualifying promotion.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's gl678 Account at any given time, excluding any locked Bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.

• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the primary currency of the gl678 platform.

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the gl678 platform is restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gambling law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. gl678 takes age restriction compliance seriously and will terminate any Account discovered to be operated by a person under the legal minimum age, with all associated funds forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

gl678's Services are directed at users in the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the gl678 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. gl678 does not accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3.3 Account Registration

To access the full Services of gl678, you must create an Account by completing the registration process with accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• A valid Philippine mobile number (09XX format or +63 format)
• A unique username not already in use on the platform
• A strong password meeting gl678's minimum security requirements
• Confirmation that you meet the minimum age requirement and agree to these Terms

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each person may only register and maintain a single gl678 Account. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or identities — is strictly prohibited. gl678 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any associated balances, including winnings derived from bonus funds.

3.5 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your Account. Any changes to your registered mobile number, name, or contact details must be reported to gl678 support promptly. gl678 may require verification of any updated information before processing subsequent withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gl678 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or any other person who gains access using your credentials — is your responsibility.
• gl678 staff will never ask you for your password, full OTP codes, or security PIN via any communication channel, including live chat, SMS, or email. Any message making such a request is fraudulent.
• You must notify gl678 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• gl678 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gl678 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. gl678 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at gl678 is ₱100. There is no standard maximum single deposit, though gl678 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual Accounts for responsible gaming or compliance purposes. Deposit funds are typically credited to your Account within seconds for GCash and Maya; bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes under normal conditions.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. gl678 processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Any active bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements must not form part of a withdrawal request — only real-money funds eligible for withdrawal may be cashed out.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the gl678 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gl678 does not apply currency conversion fees on PHP transactions.

gl678 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards to registered Members. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may coexist in the same Account balance. Real-money funds are used first before bonus funds in gameplay, unless gl678's system is configured differently for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• gl678 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, including cancelling outstanding bonus balances where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using bots to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• gl678's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

All games offered on the gl678 platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game software providers. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games use certified and independently audited random number generation systems. gl678 does not control the outcome of RNG games.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game implements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. gl678 has no ability to influence live game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by gl678's odds-making systems and may be adjusted at any time before an event is settled. Any bets placed after a market is closed will be voided.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by gl678's server logs shall be definitive.
• Network disconnections during gameplay do not invalidate a bet placed and accepted by gl678's system. Reconnecting and reviewing the completed round resolves the game state.
• gl678 reserves the right to void any wager placed during a technical malfunction of the platform's software, with the wagered amount returned to the Member's Balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gl678 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any associated Balance, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
2. Money Laundering: Using gl678 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds in a manner intended to conceal the true origin of those funds, in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live table game formats.
4. Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, meet wagering requirements, or interact with the gl678 platform in place of a human player.
5. Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other platform malfunction to generate or claim winnings that would not have been achievable under normal platform operation.
6. Chargeback Abuse: Filing unauthorized chargebacks with payment providers for deposits that were legitimately processed by gl678.
7. Account Sharing or Transfer: Sharing Account access with another person or attempting to transfer Account ownership.
8. Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing gl678 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.

All content on the gl678 platform — including but not limited to the gl678 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets provided by gl678 directly, and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of gl678 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gl678 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any gl678 content.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any gl678 software.
• Using gl678's trademarks, logos, or brand materials in any manner without express written consent from gl678.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting data from the gl678 platform.

Any unauthorized use of gl678's intellectual property is a violation of this Agreement and applicable law and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gl678 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the gl678 platform, even if gl678 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions outside gl678's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in third-party game content provided by independent software vendors.

In all cases where gl678 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of gl678 to any Member shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that Member's Account Balance at the time of the relevant event.

11.1 Suspension by gl678

gl678 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without notice, where gl678 reasonably suspects or has evidence of: a breach of any provision of this Agreement; fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; account security concerns; or any other conduct that gl678 deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or its Members.

11.2 Termination by gl678

gl678 may permanently close an Account and terminate this Agreement with a Member where a material breach is confirmed. Upon termination for cause, gl678 reserves the right to forfeit any pending Bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real-money deposits not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the Member after applicable compliance reviews.

11.3 Voluntary Closure by Member

Members may close their gl678 Account at any time by contacting gl678 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining eligible real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and compliance checks. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.

11.4 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to self-exclude from gl678 for responsible gaming purposes may do so via their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 7 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member may not create a new Account or circumvent the exclusion by any means. • Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days) without full closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from gl678, preventing login and new Account registration from associated identifiers.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications of time spent in session and cumulative net wagering results.

By registering and using the gl678 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the gl678 Privacy Policy, including:

• Registration data (name, mobile number, date of birth)
• Identity verification documents (for KYC compliance)
• Transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, wagering history)
• Technical data (IP addresses, device identifiers, session logs)
• Communication records (support interactions)

gl678 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared only as required by law, for payment processing, or with service providers acting on gl678's behalf under appropriate data protection obligations. Your continued use of the gl678 platform after publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your Account.

The current version and effective date of these Terms & Conditions are displayed at the top of this document. The version number will be incremented with each material revision.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with this Agreement — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim, Members should first contact gl678 Customer Support to seek an informal resolution. gl678 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

15.2 PAGCOR Complaints Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and the matter relates to licensed gaming activity, Members may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's established complaints and adjudication process.

15.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to Section 15.2, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in relation to any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

16.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and gl678 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

16.3 Waiver

gl678's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of gl678 to be effective.

16.4 Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English, which is the governing language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the interpretation of the English-language version.
